What FlowZen is
FlowZen is a pair of dual-hemisphere trainers with a 3D wave-textured surface. Stand or press on one and it shifts under you, so holding a position becomes active stability work instead of a rest.
Put them under your hands for planks and presses, or under your feet for squats and holds. The movement stays the one you already know; the balance demand is what gets added on top.
The set is light enough to keep in a gym bag, and it works on a mat at home, a studio floor, the park, or the dojo. Nothing to plug in and nothing to assemble.
The same pair suits you whether you are already steady on them or still finding your footing. As your balance improves, the harder positions open up.

The Neural Edge System is our name for how the wave surface and the dual-hemisphere base work together. Neither one gives you a flat, settled platform, so your body keeps making small corrections to stay centered.
The instability is controlled rather than random. The curve of the hemisphere and the texture of the surface produce the same kind of movement every time, so you can repeat a position and work at it instead of reacting to a random wobble.
Because there are two pods, you can change the difficulty by how you use them: both under your feet, one under each hand, or a single pod on its own. Same equipment, different amount of challenge.
